Refund and Returns Policy

At HAG Pakistan, we take pride in the quality of our furniture and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the eligibility criteria, procedures, and conditions for returning furniture items purchased from us.


1. Return Eligibility

Our return policy for furniture products is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

 

    • Condition: The furniture must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

    • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accompanying accessories and instructions included.

    • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Note: Items should not be sent directly back to the manufacturer. All returns must go through HAG Pakistan to ensure proper handling and processing.


2. Non-Returnable Furniture Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

 

    • Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture: Furniture that is customized according to specific customer requirements (e.g., size adjustments, custom finishes) is non-returnable.

    • Assembled or Altered Items: Any furniture that has been assembled, installed, or modified in any way after delivery is not eligible for return.

    • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as clearance, final sale, or otherwise non-returnable on the product page are ineligible for return.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the furniture item to verify its condition. You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the item, along with an approval or rejection of the refund based on our inspection.

If your return is approved:

 

    • Processing Time: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 15 business days.

    • Deductions: The cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is rejected:

 

    • Notification: You will receive an email explaining the reason for rejection.

    • Return Shipping: We will ship the item back to you at your expense if you wish to retain it.


4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted for furniture that is returned under the following conditions:

 

    • Signs of Use or Minor Damage: Furniture showing minimal signs of use or minor damage that does not affect functionality.

    • Incomplete Packaging: If the item is not returned in its original packaging or is missing accessories.

    • Late Returns: Items returned after the 30-day window but within a reasonable period may be eligible for a partial refund.

The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the item.


5. Exchanges

We only replace furniture items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item:

 

    1. Contact Us: Email us at with photos of the damage and a description of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

    1. Return Shipping: We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item. HAG Pakistan will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

    1. Replacement: Once the defective item is received, we will ship you a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

 

    1. Check Your Bank Account: Verify if the refund has posted to your bank account.

    1. Contact Your Credit Card Company: Some credit card providers may take additional time to process and post refunds.

    1. Contact Your Bank: Refunds can occasionally be delayed due to bank processing times.

7. Sale and Clearance Items

Only regular-priced furniture items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or at clearance prices are considered final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon delivery.


8. Gifts

If the furniture item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver to be given later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


9. Shipping Returns

To return your furniture, please ship it to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For larger or high-value furniture items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. HAG Pakistan is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that do not arrive back at our facility.

10. Additional Conditions for Large or Heavy Furniture Returns

For returns of large or heavy furniture items, such as sofas, dining tables, or cabinets:

 

    • Freight Shipping: Returns for large items may require freight or special handling. The cost of freight shipping may vary and will be the customer’s responsibility.

    • Arrangements: Please contact us at info@hagpakistan.com to make arrangements for freight return.
